That’s what Concierge Tech Support is for. You message me, we jump on a screen share, and we fix it together. You pick up how it works along the way, so next time you might not need me.

Small steps, not big projects

You don’t need to hand over a big, expensive build. Most problems are fixed in one session, and bigger jobs get done one step at a time while you watch and learn. You stay in control of your own tools, and you only pay for the time it takes.

How it works

1. Buy a 4-hour block. That’s 240 minutes, ready to use straight away.
2. Message me when you’re stuck. Slack, text, email, or phone. If I’m busy, I’ll reply with a time I can help.
3. We fix it together, usually on Zoom with screen sharing. Sometimes a quick call or text is enough.
4. Only the minutes you use come off. A 5-minute fix costs 5 minutes. You can check your balance anytime with your own link.

• Every Zoom session recorded, with the full video, transcript, summary and task list
• Share your hours with your team. Just tell me who’ll be using them.
• No expiry date. Use your hours this week or next year.

The price

$597 + GST ($656.70)

That’s $149 an hour, and you only use the minutes you need. No contract, no subscription. Buying several blocks at once? Ask about discounts.

Send someone my way, and you both get an hour on me. When someone you refer buys their first Concierge block, they get a free hour added, and you get a free hour on your next one. Every referral earns another hour, and yours never expire.
